Background

Transvac Systems Limited is a privately owned Ejector Specialist company. Formed in 1973, Transvac supplies quality critical products into the oil and gas, nuclear and waste industries. My clients, David Redgate and David Ainge, are the Managing Director and Sales Director.

Identified Business Goal

Our clients were keen to increase their employees’ capability to support further growth and succession planning within the Company. This would release more of the directors’ time to focus on strategy and sales whilst developing a middle management team to take over day to day tasks.
