Our recent trip to Hungary

During our recent trip to Hungary Susannah was invited by Internal Business Practitioner Zsuzsa Czagler to speak at  two half-day workshops she had organised at GE. The sessions were open to other people and organisations, and resulted in an audience of 68 attendees. The vast majority of attendees from GE stayed the whole day. The theme of the workshops was motivation and it focused on how motivation feeds in to personal effectiveness, the speed of building strong relationships, understanding and managing change and how it helps us to quickly develop emotional intelligence.
