Thus our F.A.S.T.E.R Growth programme focuses on the Senior Team, and features 4 full day workshops for the whole team (strategy, implementation, people plan, sales and marketing), leadership coaching and team alignment.

To create sustainable as well as transformational results, we align the needs of the people and the business. This creates a win:win solution through a strategy that works for the business AND that people want to deliver.

  • Step 1 – Align
    Is everyone in the boat? i.e. Do they believe in the company vision and values, do they enjoy working together and are they well led?
  • Step 2 – Focus
    Are they aiming for the same destination, i.e. Is there a clear and agreed business strategy that everyone’s committed to?
  • Step 3 – Measure
    Do they know how to get there? i.e. Have they identified the breakthroughs to be achieved? Are they measuring progress and using continuous improvement systems?
  • Step 4 – Deliver
    Do they each have the skill and will to deliver their part of the strategy? i.e. Do they have the right attitude, capability and motivation as individuals and as a team?
  • Step 5 – Sustain
    Do the organisational and team cultures support ongoing growth and change, whilst developing, engaging and retaining the talent to drive it? E.g. performance and talent management, succession planning and equipping for change.

Susannah Brade-WaringThe whole programme typically takes 6-9 months, allowing time for our clients to deliver the Business As Usual (BAU) and embed the learning from each step. Deciding to change can take a second, creating new habits for sustainable success takes a little longer.

Clients can select individual elements or the whole programme, to be delivered through a combination of the following:
