Developing growth mindsets and behaviours to empower your people and strengthen your business.

This engaging and effective half day workshop helps your team members make lasting improvements to be their best selves at work and at home, by taking more responsibility for their mindset, effectiveness, wellbeing and wealth.

What will they learn?

On completion of the programme, participants will:

  • Be aware of the different mindsets between blame, excuses and denial vs the ability to choose how we respond (response-ability), finding answers and taking ownership.

  • Practice taking responsibility, finding answers and taking ownership.

  • Have a better and more objective understanding of what managers actually want from their team members

  • Learn a variety of techniques to plan, check and prioritise their work.

  • Have a practical understanding of the importance of physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing and taking personal ownership of their overall wellbeing.

  • Understand how taking responsibility for their own mindset, effectiveness, wellbeing and personal development will benefit them.

  • Be signposted to various external resources, e.g. Citizen’s Advice Bureau, EAPs


We’d expect to see the following differences from the majority of attendees:

  • More engaged in their work

  • A ‘better’ more helpful attitude

  • Think, plan and do more of their own problem-solving

  • Be more productive by prioritising their work better

  • More energy and resilience, leading to less sick leave

  • Wanting more opportunities and being more independent

Who is the training suitable for?

It’s suitable for all levels but is aimed at team members who often miss out on the personal development that leaders and managers receive. It’s best aimed at team members who have the potential to be and do more, and need the ‘nudge’ to take more responsibility for their mindset and behaviour.
