We’re thrilled to have been awarded a BCP Bounceback Challenge grant, which enables us to provide leaders and senior managers with our award-winning Liberating Leadership programme.

 

The responsibility for much of this ‘Bounceback’ from the Pandemic relies on our leaders. Therefore, the core aims of our programme are to:

  1. Develop more confident high-performing leaders, who are equipped to develop and lead high-performing teams in a hybrid work environment

  2. Equip them with skills for team building, collaborative problem-solving, innovation and performance management.

  3. Help leaders motivate, lead and succeed by retaining talent, increasing performance, productivity and motivation, and staying relevant and agile.

We've topped up the funding ourselves to ensure the programme meets our own quality standards (and isn't compromised to fit the grant). This covers 100% of each participant's financial investment.

RECOOP

This Award-Winning Programme is delivered online over 6 weeks, via 1 x 2.5 hour Zoom call per week. It’s supported with one-to-one confidential coaching before and during the programme. It includes the Liberating Leadership manual and online videos of the processes and skills.  This enables participants to apply what they’re learning in between sessions.  It also reduces ‘information overload’.

 

Participants are all leaders and senior managers from the BCP Council area. We’ll endeavour to place competing businesses in different cohorts. Due to the nature of the grant, we are limiting places to 1 per organisation.

 

Dates: There will be three cohorts. The programmes run 1) September to October, 2) October to November and 3) January to February

Our Liberating Leadership Programme equips Leaders with the skills, clarity, and confidence to transform their dreams into their reality, through their confident leadership of people.
