Core to our philosophy at Aspirin Business Solutions, is creating a win:win solution that meets the needs of both the business and the key individuals within it.
For example, on Wednesday our clients identified they personally want control and freedom but recognised, by working independently rather than as one team, they are missing out on direction, support and processes.
We use a diagnostic tool called Motivational Maps to increase our clients’ self-awareness, by identifying exactly what motivates them and measuring how motivated they are. Each profile is created through an on-line questionnaire that takes just 10 minutes to complete.
Motivational Maps were created very close to us, in Bournemouth, by James Sales and 2-3 times a year, James hosts a Motivational Map conference. This gives us an opportunity to gain CIPD, understand the latest thinking in motivation and meet other Map Practitioners and users.

Aspirin Business Solutions are Senior Practitioners of Motivational Maps (at the highest level) we can train and accredit in-house Motivation Champions, coaches and consultants, and we can train and license them to accredit others. We can also provide individual, team and company Motivational Map profiles.
