Motivational Maps Conference – 6 November

Core to our philosophy at Aspirin Business Solutions, is creating a win:win solution that meets the needs of both the business and the key individuals within it.

For example, on Wednesday our clients identified they personally want control and freedom but recognised, by working independently rather than as one team, they are missing out on direction, support and processes.

We use a diagnostic tool called Motivational Maps to increase our clients’ self-awareness, by identifying exactly what motivates them and measuring how motivated they are.  Each profile is created through an on-line questionnaire that takes just 10 minutes to complete.

Motivational Maps were created very close to us, in Bournemouth, by James Sales and 2-3 times a year, James hosts a Motivational Map conference.  This gives us an opportunity to gain CIPD, understand the latest thinking in motivation and meet other Map Practitioners and users.

The theme of the next event is Transformation and Change, with guest speakers Roy Duffy and Jane Thomas.  6th November, Bournemouth.the delegates

Aspirin Business Solutions are Senior Practitioners of Motivational Maps (at the highest level) we can train and accredit in-house Motivation Champions, coaches and consultants, and we can train and license them to accredit others.  We can also provide individual, team and company Motivational Map profiles.

IEC Limited and Alpro have been working with Aspirin Business Solutions over the past year to develop their growth plans and capability.

Alpro is an independent supplier of both mechanical and electro-mechanical products in the UK commercial aluminium OEM marketplace and access control environment, including deadlocks and armoured strikes.

To stay at our best, we all need a little TLC

It’s been a busy summer for the garden at Aspirin Business A little TLC for the Aspirin Business StudiosStudios.

We’ve hosted nearly a dozen days for our clients’ Sustainable Strategy Workshops, with their bacon butties for breakfast* from the outdoor kitchen, and their table tennis lunch breaks.

So it’s time for the garden to receive a little TLC.  Now it’s ready to host our first ‘Time Management for Technical Managers’ workshop on 20th October.

* including vegetarian bacon (yes – it really does exist)
