Approach

Using Aspirin’s ‘One Day Strategy & Growth’ programme facilitated by Aspirin Business Coach, Paul Kinvig, Blu Lake created a top line vision & strategy using Aspirin’s Strategy & Growth & Motivational Map tools.

Then Blu Lake focused on one of the axis of the tool to develop a sales strategy to help drive performance in their cores services of personal, business & corporate coaching

Finally using the Forcefield analysis and One Page Plan processes, Becky created a tangible & achievable action plan to implement the steps required to move the business forward.
