Aspirin Business Solutions were asked to help IEC develop and implement its 3 year growth plan strategy, and facilitate succession planning and staff engagement.

  • The Senior Team have formed a strong cohesive team, and have all been promoted as part of the succession planning.
  • A 3 year strategy has been developed, with Key Performance Indicators to manage and measure progress.
  • More staff are now involved with implementing the strategy and with finding ways to create improvements.
